The process of making Cupcakes

Freshness and the best possible finish are of the utmost importance to me. Using the highest quality ingredients, baking is done the day prior to collection. Preparations to meet your colour choices also start in advance. Allowing enough time for frosting to set is vital to creating gorgeous cupcakes. Designing the bouquet/wrapping, or boxing, is done as close to the collection time as possible.

Flour, Brown and/or white and/or icing sugar, Eggs, Butter, Buttermilk, Cocoa, Salt, Baking soda, Baking Powder, Vegetable oil, Vanilla extract.

For colouring we use the best brands of Professional Food Colours.
